Programme

The personal data protection system is addressed in the perspective of the multi-level protection of fundamental rights and in the European and comparative perspective, starting from the legal and cultural premises of the EU General Regulation (2016/679). European personal data law is examined in its implications for legal uniformity
between Member States and relations between the European Union and the United States.
