Programme

The seminar aims to provide a profile of the history of Chinese law also in a comparative perspective. The theme of the Belt and Road Initiative will also be specifically addressed both in general terms and for its legal implications.
The following topics will be covered: an overview of the Chinese legal system and its historical profiles. The Belt and Road Initiative: genesis, characteristics, legal implications and for China- Italy relations.
