PhD Legal Disciplines

The PhD in Legal Disciplines, operative as of XXIX Cycle, depending on the Department of Law, maintains continuity with the inspiration, scientific and formative project of the International PhD School Tullio Ascarelli. It is structured in curricula and it performs a task of high formation and scientific research in a number of sectors of the legal system. The aim is to offer a legal competence, meticulous and broad, in methodology and legal subjects, that is able to comply with the requirements of a society in evolution.
