Agreements (Article 101 TFEU), abuses of dominant position (Article 102), public enterprises (Article 106), mergers, state aid are the main topics dealt with, in view also of technological innovation, which is producing changes significant also on the regulatory level. Then we discuss the application of competition law in the various sectors and its interaction with the vertical regulations of banks, insurance companies, financial markets, electronic communications, etc.
