The learning activity aims to discuss with students issues related to the complex relationship between abortion and womens' freedom of choice, adopting a legal and interdisciplinary perspective. The lessons will begin with an analysis of the assumptions and effects of the U.S. Supreme Court decision Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization (597 U.S. 2022), from which broader insights, also related to the Italian legal experience, will be drawn.
