• Sources of transportation law
• Transportation policy and environmental policy in the EU
• Ports and port services (definition of port, Port Authority; port services)
• Airports and airport services (the concept of "airport" within the framework of the Navigation Code; airport management: comparative models; ground handling services; the relationship between the National Civil Aviation Authority and the Transport Regulation Authority)
• Local public transportation (evolutionary framework of local public transportation in Italy; outsourcing of regional and local public transportation services)
