The course is divided into two parts. The first part will focus on the presentation and discussion of the main theories and techniques of evaluation, on the relationship between planning and evaluating, on the main features of evaluation processes (objects, objectives, schedule and procedures).The second part will deal with evaluation of and within social and educational services, in particular the relationship between policies and evaluation and quality and evaluation.
