Objectives of the activities - which are carried out at external contracted structures - are those of a) providing knowledge and skills that allow the student to know how to orientate himself within the network of public and private services where the social service is present; b) to deepen the knowledge of the social assistant's professional activities both in individual work and in the development of integrated community work processes and in the acquisition of professional attitudes.

At the end of the activity the student:
- has acquired the use of the social assistant's operational tools
- has concretely tested the knowledge and skills acquired during the studies, learning to integrate them with the competent professional actions
