Type of delivery of the course

The course of face-to-face lessons explains the regime of the family (constitution and possible events) and the new problems arisen from the new forms of parentage;the second part of the course explains the main topics of inheritance law. Students have the opportunity to prepare and present in the classroom practical cases and prepare in-depth papers by their own choise.

The test aims to assess - with questions about the different parts of the program - whether the student has understood the main institutions topics: family law and inheritance law, taking into account the possible exposure in the classroom of practical cases or the drafting of papers.
