The lessons will be mainly practical: will be shown techniques and methods of research and use of sources (doctrinal, legislative and jurisprudential), through the main computer databases and online catalogs of the most important national and foreign legal libraries. To facilitate the understanding of the practical indications, the use of the materials found will be integrated with the necessary theoretical explanations. The course is based on the active participation of students, who may be asked to repeat the research procedures just carried out by the teacher.Attendance
Due to the practical nature of the course, attendance is mandatory and will be detected at the beginning and at the end of the lessonsType of evaluation
The final exam will consist in a bibliographic, normative and jurisprudential research, on a theme assigned by the teacher, different for each student teacher profile teaching materials
