Regulation, between economics and law; quality of regulation and effectiveness of rules and administrations. Corruption as regulatory and administrative ineffectiveness.
Public administration and regulatory delivery.
The State and the market: constitutional and European framework.
Independent regulatory agencies.
Competition (cartels, abuse of dominant position, mergers).
Public services (in general and sectors: electronic communications, energy and gas, transports, etc.)
