The University, through UniRoma3 Accommodation Service, offers a new FREE service to off –site students. The service is offered by a partner real-estate company.
UniRoma3 Accommodation Service searches and selects suitable housing solutions, on the private real-estate market, for students of the University who are looking for a house, a room, or a bed in Rome.
Accommodation is available from previously selected private owners, and properties can be rented at clear conditions and by signing a regular contract.
All accommodation offers can be found on the website Link identifier #identifier__88510-1Link identifier #identifier__69118-1www.uniroma3.it, or on the dedicated notice boards at the several University offices and also on the Facebook Page “Link identifier #identifier__169850-2Servizio Alloggi”.
The staff of UniRoma3 Accommodation Service is at disposal every day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. and from 2:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m., at the desk in Via Ostiense, 139.
Students are also assisted by UniRoma3 Accommodation Service, from the search of the accommodation to the signing of the contract, as well as afterwards.
When the contract is signed, a commission is paid by the owners to the real-estate company.
