Law and New Technologies<\/h4>\n

The Master’s Degree in Law and New Technologies responds to the growing demand for legal professionals capable of addressing the complex regulatory challenges posed by digital innovation and globalisation. The programme provides interdisciplinary training across law, technology, and ethics, offering a forward-looking curriculum that prepares students to work in legal, policy, and advisory roles in sectors shaped by rapid technological change. It is available in two curricula, one taught in Italian and one in English, attracting both domestic and international students.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Students explore legal frameworks surrounding artificial intelligence, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital regulation, with modules in international business law, human rights, and innovation policy. Courses are taught through interactive methods, including problem-based learning, legal clinics, and moot courts. Jointly organised by the Departments of Law and Engineering, the programme fosters collaboration between legal scholars and technical experts, training students to communicate effectively across disciplines and in multilingual professional environments.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Graduates are qualified to work in national and international organisations, multinational companies, public administrations, and regulatory bodies involved in the governance of emerging technologies.
