Law (Single-Cycle Degree)<\/h2>\n

The Single-Cycle Degree in Law offers a five-year programme designed to train legal professionals for careers in law, public administration, the judiciary, and international institutions. Combining theoretical rigour with methodological training and critical thinking, the degree develops a thorough understanding of legal systems and the social, political, and economic environments in which they operate. Students engage with contemporary legal challenges through active academic participation, legal research, and the practical application of law.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The programme includes a wide range of modules taught in foreign languages, legal clinics, moot courts, and workshops in legal writing and argumentation. It features double-degree opportunities with universities in Spain (Universidad de Murcia), France (Universit\u00e9 de Poitiers and Universit\u00e9 de Lille), and Brazil (Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa), as well as two dedicated excellence tracks: “Global Legal Studies” (bilingual Italian-English) and “Law and Finance”, which allows for an additional Master’s Degree in Finance and Business. International mobility is strongly encouraged through Erasmus+ partnerships and visiting professors from across Europe and beyond.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Graduates are prepared for legal practice, judicial training, and policy-oriented roles in both public and private sectors. They acquire the ability to draft legal documents, analyse jurisprudence, and formulate complex legal arguments across national and transnational legal frameworks. The final dissertation may be written in a foreign language and demonstrates the candidate’s autonomy in legal reasoning and research, completing a course of study recognised across the European Higher Education Area.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t
