Economics<\/h2>\r\n

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics is a three-year programme that provides students with a solid foundation in economic theory and practice. The curriculum includes core subjects in economics, business, mathematics, statistics, and law, followed by six specialised pathways that allow students to explore key areas of economic systems and develop job-relevant skills. The course includes 19 modules, two proficiency assessments (in English and IT), and a final exam, with the option to replace one module with a work placement or multidisciplinary lab.<\/p>\r\n

The programme equips students to critically analyse major economic issues such as poverty and inequality, government intervention and taxation, unemployment, environmental impact, international trade, financial markets, public spending, and business decision-making. It also explores the operation of cultural enterprises and the differing growth paths of countries, helping students understand both macroeconomic dynamics and micro-level behaviours of individuals, firms, and institutions.<\/p>\r\n

Admission to the programme is open access, with a non-selective entry test. Students may enrol regardless of the outcome. The degree prepares graduates for careers in business, public administration, finance, and policymaking, as well as for further study in economics and related disciplines. A strong focus on multiple analytical approaches-logical, quantitative, legal, and managerial-ensures that students gain the flexibility and knowledge required for today’s evolving job market and for advanced academic paths.<\/p>\r\n
