Government and Administration<\/h2>\n

Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Administration is a multidisciplinary course that trains students to understand the strategic importance of political and institutional contexts at local, national, European, and international levels. It builds strong foundations in public law, political institutions, statistics, public administration, sociology, contemporary history, public policy, and economics. Through lectures, seminars, focus groups, reports, papers, and in course assessments, students develop independent judgement, analytical and organisational skills, negotiation abilities, and use of innovative technologies-ensuring effective management of complex organisations such as governmental agencies and public enterprises.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Admission is open access, requiring a secondary school diploma and completion of the university’s standard enrolment procedures. The course includes language training (English at B1 level) and relational skill workshops to support student communication, citizenship services, and teamwork. While there’s no selective entry exam, assessments occur continuously through written work and oral exams, culminating in the final test at the end of each module. The structured curriculum emphasises both theoretical learning and practical engagement with public policy and administrative institutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

International mobility is supported through Erasmus+ and bilateral exchange programmes within the Faculty of Political Sciences, enabling students to spend semesters abroad and benefit from language and cultural immersion. While the programme does not offer a fully English-taught track at the bachelor’s level, students may attend English medium modules or engage in international activities aligned with the department’s networks. Graduates are prepared for roles in public administration, policy analysis, public service management, human resources and information management in both public and regulated private sectors.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\n
