The “ University Telematic Piazza” is located at Via Ostiense 133b, building D, and offers 200 multimedia workstations connected to the Internet.

Access is available to regularly enrolled students of Roma Tre University, university staff and faculty members whether tenured or under a regular employment contract with the University.
To use the workstations, simply enter your “Roma3Pass” credentials (User ID and Password).
Users have free access to the workstations and therefore to Internet browsing (in compliance with the University’s IT Services Conditions of Use), as well as to various software applications.
The Telematic Piazza is also accessible to users with disabilities. It provides suitably sized workstations equipped with hardware and software tools adapted to different needs.
Public closure days
During exams and classes, the rooms and the office are closed to the public and therefore all student support services are suspended.
Please note that from Wednesday, December 24 to Tuesday, January 6, the Telematic Piazza will remain closed in accordance with the University’s holiday closure schedule.
For this reason, we will be able to respond to your emails only starting January 7.
Telematic Piazza Services
The services offered to users of the Telematic Piazza include:
- issuing of access credentials for the Student Portal (“Roma3Pass”);
- technical support for online enrollment and renewal procedures;
- assistance for issues related to university careers, tuition fees, study plan completion and ticket submission on Link identifier #identifier__88531-2help uniroma3;

- Internet access from fixed workstations or via Wi-Fi;
- Microsoft Office 2019 Pro software;
- access to online multimedia courses;
- For users with disabilities:JAWS text-to-speech reader; Kurzweil 1000 scanning, OCR, and text-to-speech software; OpticBook 3600 angled scanner; MAESTRO workstation; MAGic screen magnification software; Topaz LCD desktop video magnifier; 22″ monitor; shielded keyboard; trackball.
- For faculty members: videowall, microphones, headsets and speakers, workstations for teaching and exam activities.
