Socio-Educational Services Manager
The Master’s Degree in Educational and Social Services Coordination at Roma Tre University is a two-year interdisciplinary programme designed to train professionals for leadership roles in the planning and management of educational and social services. The course provides a solid grounding in education sciences, sociology, psychology, law, and public administration, enabling students to analyse social contexts and design effective interventions for individuals and communities.
Students may follow one of two specialised pathways: coordination of educational services or management of social policies and services. The curriculum combines theoretical instruction with applied training through internships, case-based learning, and collaborative projects. Students acquire the ability to design, implement, and evaluate services across diverse public, private, and third-sector contexts, with an emphasis on social inclusion and sustainable community development.
Graduates are prepared for professional roles in social and educational service management, including pedagogical coordination, policy implementation, and programme evaluation. Depending on their pathway, graduates may qualify as social workers or educational coordinators. The degree also supports access to postgraduate research. The final assessment consists of an original dissertation developed under academic supervision, based on either theoretical analysis or the design of a professional intervention.
