Non-EU citizens residing abroad applying for a visa – Admission procedures to first, second cycle degree courses for international students applying for a visa and residing abroad take place through the preliminary “pre-enrollment” process using only the Link identifier #identifier__172725-1UNIVERSITALY portal by 15/09/2026.
Please note that according to national provisions pre‑enrolment at the university is intended to obtain a preliminary evaluation, but it does not automatically grant the right to a study visa, which is exclusively decided by the Italian Embassies or Consulates in the country of residence.
European and non-European citizens already residing in Italy – Admission procedures for undergraduate courses (first cycle), single-cycle and master’s degree (second cycle) with a foreign qualification foresee the submission of the application directly to the university; it is mandatory to show foreign qualifications and related certifications as stated in How to apply guide.
