How and when to enroll
Academic Year 2025-2026
To enroll, access your Link identifier #identifier__117933-3Login page and fill out the online enrollment form for course units. Please refer to the following link on the Link identifier #identifier__87241-4instructions for printing the fee payment slip.
Those applying for enrollment with a qualification obtained in Italy do not need to upload the application for enrollment online, nor submit any other documentation to the student secretariat offices.
Those applying for enrollment with an entry qualification obtained abroad must first upload the relevant qualification online and then submit it exclusively to the Foreign Qualification Student Office at Roma Tre: Link identifier #identifier__143769-5Prenotazione Appuntamenti (uniroma3.it). Enrollment will be finalized only after the qualification has been verified by the office.
Enrollment period for single course units: September 18, 2025 – April 29, 2026
Courses delivered in the first semester:
- Enrollment from September 18, 2025 to January 15, 2026
- Payment deadline: January 18, 2026
Courses delivered in the second semester:
- Enrollment from January 18, 2026 to April 29, 2026

General requirements
All individuals, Italian citizens and non, holding valid qualifications to access university courses can enroll in course units for maximum 36 credits (CFU) per academic year. Non-Europeans living abroad must apply considering the eligibility criteria and procedures available on the following link Link identifier #identifier__54768-6Procedures for entry, residency and enrollment of international students – Universitaly.
Enrollment in course units is valid for one academic year. Examinations may be taken in all sessions available for the academic year of enrollment.
Enrollment and examination results are regularly certified.
Specific requirements set by Departments
Bachelor’s degree course in Modern languages for intercultural communication (L-12) does not allow enrollment in course units of language and translation in English, French, Portuguese- Brasilian, German, Spanish, Russian, Arab and Chinese running in the first year of the degree course.
Bachelor’s degree course in Languages and literatures for intercultural communication (L-11) allows enrollment exclusively in course units in English, French, Spanish, American-Spanish, German, Russian running in the first year of the degree course; it is not possible the enrollment in course units running in the second and third year of the degree course of foreign Literature (rif. Art 5 Link identifier #identifier__179784-7Foreign languages teaching Regulation).
Master’s degree course in Languages and literatures for teaching and translation (LM-37) does not allow enrollment in course units of foreign Literature running in the first and second year of the master degree course.
Bachelor’s degree course in Enogastronomic sciences and cultures (L-26) does not allow enrollment in course units leading to the acquisition of proficiencies.
