How to Enrol in a Bachelor’s degree

Admission Requirements
Educational qualification: a secondary school diploma issued in accordance with current regulations or an equivalent foreign qualification.
Enrolment in degree programs is subject to control over self-declared qualifications required for admission, in compliance with applicable regulations, even after enrollment has taken place.
Candidates with a Foreign Qualification

Enrolment
Enrolment is carried out online starting from July 7, 2025 and is considered completed only after the payment of the first installment of tuition fees by October 15, 2025. Any exceptions to this deadline are indicated in the attachments to the admission notice.
To complete enrolment, students must upload the following documents to their personal account area; failure to do so will result in the suspension of academic progress:
- scanned copy of the signed enrollment application;
- passport-style photo;
- scanned copy of a valid identity document;
- for non-EU citizens: copy of residence permit or visa.

Enrolment of students with foreign qualifications will be allowed only after the qualification has been verified by the university office.
Late enrolment is allowed until December 15, 2025 with a late fee of €60, as stated in Article 8, paragraph 2, of the Tuition Fee Regulations.

B. Exam Format, content, and Outcome
Format of the Exam
The test is common to both degree programs, it lasts 120 minutes and consists of 60 questions aimed at assessing an adequate basic preparation in the following areas:
- logical-formal reasoning skills
- reading comprehension
- general knowledge
The test is conducted online and remotely. Instructions for accessing the platform will be promptly published on the Link identifier #identifier__64358-12Student Portal
The general rules for the assessment test are provided in Article 5 of the Admission Notice (Italian version).
Exam Outcome
The result of the test is determined based on the following scoring system:
- Correct answer: +1
- Incorrect answer: –0.25
- Unanswered question: 0
The overall evaluation may be either passing or failing. This evaluation will be positive (passing) for each area if 50% of the correct answers are achieved.
Additional Learning Requirements (OFA)
Those who have received a failing score in even one of the areas assessed or who have not taken the test as specified in Article 5 of the Admission Notice (Italian version), will be required to successfully complete supplementary educational activities totaling 3 ECTS credits.
These additional learning requirements must be fulfilled within the first year of the degree program.
The procedures for fulfilling Additional Learning Requirements are outlined in Article 4 of the Academic Regulations of the degree programs and on the website of the Department of Law.

Alternative Accepted Tests
Those who attended the Law Summer School organized by the Department of Law in the academic year 2023/24 and passed the final test held on June 14, 2024, are admitted to the degree programs without the requirement to take the basic knowledge assessment test.
Interested candidates must register through the online services as indicated in Article 1 of the Admission Notice (Italian version) and Link identifier #identifier__103342-14submit the application for admission enrolling online for the “PCTO Law Summer School Test,” as specified in Article 5 of the Admission Notice.
