WHAT IS MEANT BY “STUDENT WITH A FOREIGN QUALIFICATION”?
A student with a foreign qualification is someone who intends to enrol in degree programmes (bachelor or master level) offered by Roma Tre, holding an entry qualification belonging to an education system other than the Italian one:
- Italian citizens
- EU citizens
- Non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy
- Non-EU citizens residing abroad applying for a visa

NON-EU CITIZENS RESIDING ABROAD APPLYING FOR A VISA
Non-EU citizens residing abroad must submit the “pre-enrolment” application (ITA “pre-iscrizione“) for one of the degree programmes offered by Roma Tre via the portal Link identifier #identifier__98220-7UNIVERSITALY by 15 September 2026.

ATTENTION:
The acceptance of a candidate’s pre-enrolment on Universitaly by Roma Tre does not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as the granting of study visas is the sole responsibility of the individual Italian diplomatic-consular representations abroad
