The CUG, Link identifier #identifier__153081-1Unified Guarantee Committee is a collegial body with advisory, consultative and monitoring functions, addressing all components of the University: teaching staff, technical and administrative staff, librarians, researchers, research fellows, PhD candidates and students. Its mission is to oppose all forms of discrimination—direct or indirect—based on gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic origin, religious or personal beliefs and to promote workplace and organizational well-being.
