Preventing waste production and ensuring correct waste sorting are concrete ways in which the university community can help reduce the excessive consumption of natural resources. These actions are part of a broader waste‑management framework based on the “waste hierarchy.”

image 171734To optimize the infrastructures and monitoring of the waste‑collection service within the University, the type, size, number and placement of containers for the various waste fractions across University spaces have been identified. This activity is essential to the entire management process.

Across University locations, are available:

  • 500 paper ecoboxes
  • 500 plastic ecoboxes
  • 500 unsorted waste ecoboxes
