Specific Services for studyng and attending classes
Students may request the following aids in accordance with their certification.
Comprehensive Personal Assistance Service
Who it is for
This service has the purpose to support students with motor and/or visual disabilities in participating in university life: attending classes, taking exams, meeting with lecturers and managing academic and administrative procedures.
What it offers
The service provides comprehensive assistance for accompaniment and movement within the University campuses, including support during meals, personal hygiene in restrooms and help with taking notes and reading texts.
Who provides it
The service is delivered by qualified staff within the University premises.
Assignment procedures
Service requests must be submitted to the Office between 1 August and 20 September each year.
Students will be informed of the annual number of service hours granted by 30 September, depending on the total number of applicants.
Requests received after 20 September will be considered based on remaining available hours.
University Language Centre Services
Students are entitled to use specific technical and educational aids described in Link identifier #identifier__13353-2the section of the University Language Centre
Peer Tutoring
Peer Tutors are mainly students.
They receive dedicated training to support students with disabilities in attending classes, accessing study materials (notes, books, bibliographies, etc.), organizing study time, and more.
The Peer Tutor may not necessarily have expertise in the specific subject of study.

Expert Consultant for Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
The SLD Expert Consultant is a valuable resource for students with SLD, providing specialized educational support:
• the E.C. offers individual and free consultations.
• the E.C. reviews with the student the information contained in their Diagnostic Certificate.
• the E.C. helps the student understand their learning difficulties.
• the E.C. supports the student in developing personalized and effective study strategies and in making optimal use of the Inclusion aids offered by the University.
• the E.C. facilitates and promotes effective dialogue between students with SLD and their lecturers.
