Il corso intende fornire i principi di base e lo studio di alcuni case history dall’Italia centro-meridionale nel campo del diritto applicato alla realizzazione della transizione energetica e alla installazione di impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili sul territorio italiano. Particolare enfasi verrà posta all’analisi delle all’analisi dei vincoli che regolano l’utilizzo del territorio e le normative previste per impianti fotovoltaici ed eolici.
