La laurea magistrale in Architettura-Restauro forma architetti specializzati nella tutela e nella progettazione sul patrimonio costruito, con particolare attenzione ai temi del restauro architettonico e della cultura del patrimonio. Durante i corsi e i laboratori si integra la formazione umanistica con quella tecnico‑scientifica, per fornire agli studenti gli strumenti necessari per progettare il recupero di edifici e complessi in contesti storici diversi: siti archeologici, architetture monumentali, centri storici, archeologia industriale, architettura e paesaggi del Novecento. Il corso appartiene alla classe LM‑4, è accreditato a livello europeo e consente l’esercizio della professione di architetto negli Stati membri dell’Unione Europea (il titolo è equivalente a quello degli altri corsi magistrali). I laureati trovano opportunità nel campo della libera professione, della ricerca e all’interno di enti e istituzioni preposte alla tutela e valorizzazione dei beni culturali. In questa prospettiva, il corso di laurea promuove relazioni con soprintendenze, musei, amministrazioni e studi professionali, offrendo occasioni di tirocinio e collaborazione su casi di studio reali.
The Master’s Degree in Architecture-Restoration trains architects specialized in the conservation and design of the built heritage, with a particular focus on architectural restoration and heritage studies. Courses and design studios integrate humanistic and technical-scientific training, providing students with the skills needed to design the rehabilitation of buildings and complexes in a variety of historical contexts: archaeological sites, monumental architecture historic centres, industrial archaeology and twentieth-century architecture and landscapes. The programme belongs to the LM-4 class, is accredited at European level and enables graduates to practise as architects in the member states of the European Union (the degree is equivalent to that of other Master’s programmes). Graduates can pursue careers in private practice, research and public or private institutions involved in the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage. In this perspective, the degree programme develops partnerships with superintendencies, museums, public administrations and professional firms, offering internship opportunities and collaborations on real-world projects.
