Obiettivo del corso è fornire un’introduzione ai principali approcci teorici sulla relazione tra diritto e genere: dalla critica alle neutralità del soggetto di diritto, alla discussione sull’femminismo intersezionale, alla riflessione su diritto, cura, riproduzione sociale e sfruttamento. Le studenti e gli studenti acquisiranno le competenze fondamentali sugli strumenti di diritto penale volti al contrasto delle violenza contro le donne e di genere, nonché quelle necessarie all’analisi critica della rappresentazione mediatica della violenza.
