Introduction to comparative legal systems(Introduzione ai sistemi giuridici comparati)
The course aims at introducing students, with a holistic perspective, to what a legal system is, what are the main differences between them, how to compare them. They main aim is that of showing the extreme complexity of contemporary legal systems and the continuous circulation of models between them.
IL CORSO CHE FA PARTE DEL PROGRAMMA “STUDYING LAW AT ROMA TRE” ED E’ EROGATO IN INGLESE SI PROPONE DI INTRODURRE GLI STUDENTI ALLA CONOSCENZA DEI SISTEMI GIURIDICI AFFERMATISI NEL MONDO OCCIDENTALE CON UNA VISIONE D’INSIEME ELIMINANDO STECCATI BASATI SULLA ASSERITA SEPARAZIONE FRA DIRITTO PUBBLICO/DIRITTO PRIVATO, SOSTANZIALI/PROCEDURALI E CIVIL LAW/COMMON LAW.
