The course aims at conducting a comparative analysis of some of the key institutions of private law and their role in digital markets. Using comparative methodology, the course analyses the digital revolution and its impact on private law, with a focus on the relationship between innovation, technology and law; existing and emerging business models in digital markets; contract and tort in digital markets.The detailed program is available here:
