IL CORSO SI PROPONE DI OFFRIRE IN PRIMO LUOGO UNA INTRODUZIONE AL MOVIMENTO “LAW AND THE HUMANITIES” IN GENERALE PER POI FOCALIZZARSI SU DIFFERENTI, ANCHE SE INTIMAMENTE CONNESSI, AMBITI DI STUDIO: AD ES. DIRITTO E LETTERATURA, DIRITTO E FILOSOFIA, DIRITTO E ARCHITETTURA, DIRITTO E ICONOGRAFIA, DIRITTO E MUSICA. IL CORSO METTERA' IN DISCUSSIONE IL TRADIZIONALE ISOLAMENTO DEGLI STUDI GIURIDICI ANALIZZANDO IL DIRITTO IN RELAZIONE ALLE ALTRE SCIENZE SOCIALI E, PIU' IN GENERALE, AD UN PIU' AMPIO CONTESTO CULTURALE. TESTI, SIMBOLI E RAPPRESENTAZIONI CHE HANNO FORTEMENTE INFLUENZATO LA COMPRENSIONE "POPOLARE" DEL DIRITTO, SARANNO DISCUSSI DA PROFESSORI E DOTTORANDI PROVENIENTI DA DIVERSE PARTI DEL MONDO, OGNUNO DEI QUALI TERRA' UN MINIMO DI 1 E UN MASSIMO DI 6 LEZIONI SU DI UN ARGOMENTO SPECIFICO.

Il corso si svolgerà il lunedì e il martedì in presenza; il mercoledì a distanza. Le lezioni saranno sempre dalle 12,00 alle 13.30. La frequenza alle lezioni è obbligatoria per essere ammessi all'esame finale, che verterà su tutti gli argomenti trattati durante il corso.Modalità Valutazione
