THE COURSE IS TO IMPROVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTITUTES OF THE FAMILY LAW AND THE LAW OF SUCCESSION, ANALYZED IN THE LIGHT OF MOST RECENT CASE LAW AND GUIDELINES OF THE MOST CURRENT CONTRIBUTIONS OF DOCTRINE. TEACHING YOU WILL USE THE MATTER OF COMPARATIVE LAW IN PERSPECTIVE OF PROMOTING A COMPARISON WITH FAMILY AND SUCCESSORS OF THE LEGAL SYSTEMS OF FOREIGN AND CHECK THE IMPACT OF EUROPEAN LAW IN THIS AREA OF PRIVATE LAW

Programme

THE PROGRAM CONTAINS A GENERAL PART ON GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND RULES OF FAMILY LAW, ACCORDING TO THE USUAL PARTITION ADOPTET IN THE MAIN MANUALS ON FAMILY LAW. IN ADDITION, A SPECIAL PART WILL FOCUS ON RELAVANT CASE-LAW OF THE ITALIAN CONSTITUTIONAL COURT AND SUPREME COURT.

Type of evaluation

The exam takes place through an oral test whose mark range goes from the minimum of 18/30 (sufficient), corresponding to the basic knowledge of all parts of the program and of the technical language, to the maximum of 30/30 with honors, which is equivalent to perfect knowledge of topics, excellent property of language, excellent analytical ability
