Roma Tre University regulates the general principles related to the organization and operation of the University. In accordance with the Italian Constitution and under law no. 168 of 1989 on University management, the statute represents the highest degree of autonomy for the University.
The Statute is approved by the Academic Senate,succeeding the approval from the Board of Trustees, it is then issued by the Rector after the completion of the ministerial control procedure, as provided by art. 6 of law no. 168 of 1989.
The University Link identifier #identifier__198574-1regulations govern specific aspects of university activity and are secondary normative sources in relation with the statute. They are both adopted in the exercise of the University’s legal autonomy. They are enacted through a Rectoral decree after approval by the relevant boards.
