Type of delivery of the course

The course includes lectures dedicated to health law. The goal is the acquisition of a basic knowledge of health legislation, with particular regard to the constitutional and administrative profiles of health protection, without neglecting the practical and empirical aspects. To this end, the course involves operators of health sector who, through the illustration of their "experiences", provides students with a perception of the concrete problems of health law.
