Programme

The course is about the drafting of judicial documents and issues within administrative law. It is therefore proposed to guide students to the development of issues on the main administrative law institutions and to introduce them to the drafting of the main judicial acts relating to the administrative process.

Type of delivery of the course

The course will take place through a series of tutorials. At each lesson, students will be subjected to an act or theme track and there will be a guided performance of the work. The papers will then be carried out in full at home and delivered to the teacher for evaluation.

Students will be evaluated for attendance and commitment during the course. The papers will also be evaluated and, for the purpose of a positive final assessment, it is necessary to achieve sufficiency in at least four papers.
