The course will take place through a series of face-to-face lectures and 'laboratories', in which students will analyse the latest national and supranational jurisprudence on the main institutions that will be the subject of the course.Attendance

The examination consists of both an oral examination to be carried out at the end of the course. The oral interview, consisting of some questions, aims to assess the knowledge of the institutions and topics covered, the ownership of language and the ability to argument and analyze the candidate.
