The course aims to analize the evolution of “Mafia organized crime” both from the point of view of historical evolution and from the point of view of crime fighting legislation.Particular attention will also be given to the problem of mafia-political relations, through the study of the changes recently made to the case of political-mafia electoral exchange (art. 416 ter c.p.p.), and to the study of prevention measures, as regulated in the c.d. Frontal teaching. Frequency not obligatory but recommendedType of evaluation
Final oral exam: attending and non-attending students will have to answer at least one question posed orally on each part of the program, with reference to the recommended texts and lectures. Verification of learning takes place through an oral test evaluted with the minimum mark of 18 to a maximum mark of 30/30 with honors.
