The course will introduce the students to the central topics in the philosophy of law (such as the concept of norm, of legal system, of legal interpretation, of legal rights), from the perspective of the evolution of 'constitutionalism', or 'rule of law', from the XVIII century onwards.Core Documentation

The exam lasts 50 minutes. It includes six questions with a choice among predetermined answers, and two questions with open answer.
