The course implements the legal clinics didactical methodology. Study is done through examining real cases that come to the clinic through the ureport on the move social platform and consists in identifying the legal situation, researching legal sources and proposing a solution to the case.Type of evaluation
Evaluation is done during the course on the examination of the cases that are dealt with, and at the end of the course with an oral exam.
