Students will be confronted with different possible reconstructions of the concept of a constitution, both from a historical and from a theoretical-doctrinal perspective. One of the main aims of the course will be to improve a critical approach and awareness by the students towards some very familiar legal concepts such as the concept of constitution.

The course will be founded on meetings with renowned experts of various disciplines, to promote a wider reflection on the subject matter.Type of evaluation
The final written test will focus on the topics addressed in the various meetings and will be aimed at verifying the understanding of the main problems inherent in them, as well as the student's ability to use the legal lexicon. The positive evaluation will consist of the recognition of a suitability and the attribution of the 2 training credits.
