The goal of this class is the development in the students of the competence and the critical sensitivity for managing the educational process based on the cooperation, both in adults and in children, through the knowledge of the principles, dynamics, strategies and tools for enhancing cooperation in several contexts such as learning or education groups and in dual relationships.

The first part of the course will analyze the concept of cooperation from an evolutionistic point of view and throughout educational processes, and in particular:
- the innate tendency in humans beings to cooperate: definition and basic psychological aspects of the cooperation
- Theoretical fundamentals of the educational praxis;
- The meaning of cooperation from a psychological perspective,
- Cooperation as the foundation for intergration and interculture.
The second part of the course will feature methods founded on the principles of cooperation:
- Practice sessions of cooperative learning in class;
- Management of difficult situations in training situations, according to the Gordon method;
- It is expected to use study guides for group projects, simulated and role playing, with the active participation of all the students, according to the principles of cooperative learning.
