The course aims to analyze some of the most significant aspects of the legal regulation of administrative organizations, taking into account the developments of the institutional framework, the regulatory reforms introduced in recent years, the evolution of the jurisprudence and of the doctrinal debate. In particular, aspects concerning the system of sources of public organization and the relations between politics and administration will be examined in depth; issues related to the links between the definition of organizational structures and the management of personnel in public administrations will also be addressed.
