The course includes an explanation of the theoretical principles of inheritance laws aimed at the use of genetic data for personal identification and the establishment of family relationships.
We will also explain the principles that govern the use of genetic evidence in the civil process and in the criminal trial and will also explain the main systems of biostatistic calculation that allow to assess the weight of the evidence both in the civil and criminal trial
