Private Law Studies

The Ph.d programme in Private Law Studies is internally divided into two curricula: 1) civil, commercial, labor and procedural law; 2) historical, philosophical and ecclesiastical law. It conducts higher education and related scientific research in the various fields of legal experience. It aims to provide doctoral students with a rigorous and open education in the legal field, in methodology and content, capable of responding to the needs and challenges of an evolving society.
