This learning modality is dedicated to first year students and it is conceived as an introduction to the Architecture Undergraduate Program, as well as a cultural complement – involving scientific, creative, theoretical and ethical approaches – to the Fundamentals of Design course. The "Academies" activity opens up different disciplinary fields to students in order to allow them to mature critically and increase their autonomy of judgement, to broaden their knowledge on major contemporary themes, such as the structure of Time, History and Space, or the relationship between Art and Matter, between the Individual and the City, as well as investigations on Form and the Sciences of Life.
