The subject of the course is the system of private law as resulting from national (civil code and Constitution) and supranational (especially euro unitary) sources. The study, in particular, will include: sources of law - subjective juridical situations - natural persons and entities - assets, property, other real rights - obligations - legal transactions and contracts - family and mortis causa succession - protection of rights and non-contractual liability.Core Documentation
