• Inferential tools for quality control and improvement (hypothesis testing on one mean/proportion and on two means/proportions difference)

Students will be also provided with teachers’ slides and additional notes for the statistical quality control module.

Type of delivery of the course

The course includes 6 hours per week of classes by the lecturers. Several case studies are presented during the lectures. In case of an extension of the health emergency from COVID-19, all the provisions that regulate the methods of carrying out teaching activities and students' evaluation will be implemented. In particular, the following methods will apply: distance learning.

Type of evaluation

The written test is composed of the following two parts: Quality Management: multiple choice questions and open question. This part is made up of 20 points Statistical Quality Control: multiple choice questions and open question. This part is made up of 10 points Students will pass the exam if the grade is 18/30 or over.
