In line with the learning objectives of the Master’s Degree Programme in Business Administration, the second module of the course Corporate Governance and Business Sector Scenarios aims to provide students with the knowledge and analytical tools needed to understand the distinctive features of cooperative enterprises and their governance models. The module examines the social function attributed to cooperation by the Italian Constitution, cooperative principles, ownership structures, governing bodies, and mechanisms for member participation.
