Private Law (S.S.D. IUS/01) is a basic legal course whose aim is to give the students a starting point for their further economic studies and access to work. Lessons will be oriented to interpretate Italian and European Law, to solve cases, to enforce the general clauses and values of our Constitutional Legal System.
Exam is oral and it is necessary to consult the Italian Civil Code while studying the books.
