Il CLE-LAB edizione 2025-26 è organizzato intorno al tema “Questioni di genere: economia, diritto e società” che viene affrontato da vari punti di vista disciplinari. L’obiettivo del corso è fornire gli strumenti necessari per studiare le discriminazioni di genere nell’economia e nella società italiane; l’evoluzione nel tempo del fenomeno e le politiche che ne hanno determinato l’evoluzione.
Le questioni verranno affrontate da tre diversi punti di vista quello economico, quello giuridico e quello dei metodi statistici per l’analisi quantitativa del fenomeno.
Gli studenti seguiranno 10 lezioni-seminario per complessive 20 ore (a frequenza obbligatoria), con una lezione a settimana, durante il primo semestre (ottobre-dicembre 2025). Il tema del corso verrà affrontato nelle seguenti articolazioni:
1. Le discriminazioni di genere nel mercato del lavoro: i tassi di partecipazioni e il wage gap
2. Le discriminazioni per orientamento sessuale e identità di genere nelle economie sviluppate: la ricerca internazionale. Le ricerche sulla popolazione LGBT in Italia;
3. Le tecniche statistiche per la ricerca sulle questioni di genere e sulle ‘popolazioni nascoste’ per lo studio delle condizioni della popolazione LGBT;
4. La tutela di genere nel contesto dei diritti umani;
5. La certificazione di parità e le politiche D&I nel quadro della sostenibilità;
6. Dimensione di genere e nuovi rischi per la salute e la sicurezza sul lavoro;
7. Diritto di famiglia e parità di genere;
8. Diritto allo sport e transizione di genere.
All’interno del corso sono anche previsti seminari di informazione bibliografica, per mettere gli studenti in grado di utilizzare correttamente le risorse disponibili in biblioteca per la ricerca e la redazione di elaborati.

Programme
The 2026–2027 edition of CLE-LAB focuses on ecological transition and sustainable development, examined from a variety of disciplinary perspectives.The course aims to provide students with the tools needed to understand the main environmental, economic, and social challenges associated with the ecological transition. Particular attention will be paid to the roles of consumers, businesses, institutions, and international cooperation.
Students will attend 10 seminar-style lectures, totalling 20 hours. Attendance is compulsory. Classes will be held weekly during the first semester, from September to December 2026.
The course will address the following areas:
1. strategies for promoting sustainable consumption and production models;
2. climate change, biodiversity, and environmental risk management;
3. legal, economic, and financial instruments for the ecological transition;
4. a just ecological transition, sustainable development, and international cooperation.
The course will also include a library research seminar designed to help students use the resources available through the university library effectively when conducting research and preparing their papers.
